1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Chargebacks911, operated by Chargebacks911 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you are authorized to represent.
A separate signed service agreement, order form, or applicable marketplace agreement may set additional terms for your account. If those terms conflict with these terms, the applicable separate agreement controls for the services it covers. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
2. Accounts and access
You must have authority to register the business, connect its accounts, and authorize the selected services. Provide accurate information, keep it current, and grant access only to authorized users.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and reviewing activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if credentials are compromised or access is no longer authorized.
3. Connected services and permissions
Connecting a store, marketplace, or payment provider authorizes the application to access and use information within the permissions you grant to deliver selected services. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
External providers and payment networks operate under their own terms, approval processes, and availability constraints. Changes to their permissions or services may affect this application. Removing a connection can interrupt discovery, monitoring, reporting, or other dependent functions.
Our ability to retrieve payment and dispute data from your connected accounts and payment systems depends on valid authorization and the operation of third-party providers. Missing, expired, revoked, or insufficient permissions, system malfunctions, outages, integration failures, and delayed or incomplete provider data may prevent or delay retrieval, monitoring, and notifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any separate service agreement, you agree that Chargebacks911 is not liable for unavailable, delayed, or incomplete payment or dispute data, missed notifications, or resulting losses, chargebacks, or fees caused by these authorization issues or system failures. We rely on third-party systems and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, or performance. This provision does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You are responsible for maintaining valid connections, promptly addressing authorization requests or connection warnings, and checking your payment providers directly when data or notifications are unavailable.
4. Activation and dispute notifications
Completing installation or selecting protection does not mean every account or descriptor is immediately active on every network. Enrollment, validation, and network activation can take time and may require additional information.
Notification availability and timing depend on the connected providers, supported networks, and events they supply. A lack of notifications does not confirm that there are no disputes. Review account status, deadlines, and provider records as appropriate for your business.
You remain responsible for reviewing notifications and authorizing appropriate responses. The service does not guarantee prevention of every chargeback, a particular dispute outcome, or recovery of funds.
5. Billing and cancellation
Applicable prices, recurring charges, usage charges, and payment authorizations are presented in your plan, order form, or billing approval flow. Charges may be billed through the marketplace or another payment provider, depending on your selection and account configuration.
Keep billing information current and review charges and invoices. Cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes are governed by the applicable plan, service agreement, marketplace terms, and law. Contact support if you need help understanding or changing your subscription.
Disconnecting a provider or uninstalling an application should not be assumed to settle outstanding charges or complete all cancellation steps. Check your subscription status and the applicable billing provider’s confirmation.
6. Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful business purposes and within your authorized permissions. Do not submit information you have no right to use, access another customer’s records, bypass security controls, distribute malicious code, or disrupt the service.
Access to the application does not transfer ownership of its software, branding, or other intellectual property. Your business retains its rights in information it supplies, subject to the permissions needed to provide the service.
7. Data and privacy
You are responsible for having the rights, notices, and permissions needed to provide business and customer information and authorize its use for the selected services. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed through this application.
Chargebacks911 uses sessions and cookies to maintain sign-in, secure requests, and support installation and connected accounts. Browser storage also remembers interface preferences and notices. Blocking or clearing it may interrupt these functions. Sign out when using a shared device.
See the sessions and cookies notice for details and browser controls. Any consent required for optional cookies is separate from accepting these terms.
Do not include sensitive information in support messages or fields where it is not requested. Maintain any independent records your business needs to meet its obligations.
8. Availability and responsibility
Features may be interrupted by maintenance, security issues, network delays, or third-party outages. Reports reflect the information available to the service and may be delayed or incomplete.
Any service commitments, warranties, remedies, or limitations of liability in your applicable service agreement continue to apply. These terms do not create a guarantee of uninterrupted access or specific financial results, and do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Ending or suspending access
You may stop using the application and request account closure through support, subject to your applicable subscription and service terms. Access may be restricted where necessary to address unauthorized activity, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these terms.
Monitoring and dispute notifications for your accounts will stop when your account is suspended or deactivated. Reporting and other dependent services may also become unavailable. Suspension or deactivation does not pause payment-network deadlines or your obligations to respond to existing or new disputes.
You remain responsible for reviewing and addressing dispute notifications and monitoring your payment-provider accounts directly during any interruption. Failure to address notifications or meet applicable deadlines may result in chargebacks, penalties, or fees imposed by your payment systems, processors, acquiring banks, or payment networks.
Outstanding payment obligations and applicable recordkeeping requirements may continue. See the Privacy Policy for information about retention and deletion requests.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version and date will be posted here, with additional notice or agreement where required by applicable law or your service agreement.
